ADTA Annual Business Meeting & Holiday Potluck:

Save the date and plan on coming to this year's potluck dinner for ADTA members and their families including children.  Come and meet the membership and leadership of ADTA.  We will have a potluck so be sure to bring your favorite side dish or desert. 

We will also hold our official annual business meeting where we'll go over the current year's financials, membership report, and incoming board of director election results.

Please sign up and tell us how many folks will be coming and what you plan to bring to eat.  We plan to open the center up at 6:00pm for set up and food service by 6:30pm.  

Please RSVP so we know how many will be coming, and what dish you can bring.  

Three (3) new fields were added to the registration form for you to enter the dish you will bring to the potluck, number of adults, and number of children who will be attending the potluck.
