Free seminar, March 2013
Hand-to-Hand Defense Techniques
presented by ADTA member Jeff Coder

Self-defense is a mindset, to use your wits, skills, and the tools at hand to escape a life-threatening situation.  Many self-defense situations can arise where a firearm is not an appropriate response.  Knowing a few simple hand-to-hand techniques; with a mindset to use them when needed; is an important part of preparedness.  Join ADTA member Jeff Coder for this informative and participatory seminar on hand-to-hand defense techniques.  All skill levels are welcome; material will be presented in an easy-to-follow and practical introduction.

Our regular monthly membership meeting also includes updates on ADTA activities, upcoming events, and general club member discussions.  Have a question on your ADTA membership or renewal, or would you like to sign up?  We'll have people able to help you at the end of our regular meeting.
