ADTA South, Free Hands-On Workshop, Hand-to-Hand Self-Defense

Event Description:

Certain establishments such as bars, Federal Buildings (even Post Offices) won't allow you to carry a firearm. If you are in a confrontation in these places do you know what to do? Come to the meeting and be prepared for some physical contact as you'll learn to use your natural weapons in close quarter encounters.   

Important information:

• ADTA Range Safety Officers (RSOs) will be present to check you in at the door.
  
  
• If you normally carry a firearm, you are welcome to do so at this event. 
  
  
• Loaded carry firearms must remain holstered -- no exceptions.
  
  
• If you bring a firearm to show to the group, or want to participate in our hands-on exercises, our Range Safety Officers will help you safely unload and clear your firearm at the door.
  
  
• Have a question about ADTA membership, events, or activities? Many ADTA members are available both before and after the presentation to help. Just look for our members wearing ADTA hats, shirts, or vests.
